kind staff restaurant street small room leaky shower
I found the staff kind. They were courteous and always willing to help. The location was great too. It was near several commercial and restaurant streets and had a lovely little park just opposite.
The room was small for my stay. The tiny bathroom had a shower that leaked all over the floor most times I used it. There was nowhere to sit other than on the bed.

tiny elevator missing refrigerator
The tiny elevator became a real adventure. I think it could only fit one person and a small bag. I opted for the stairs most of the time. I was on the sixth floor. Let me tell you. the lack of a refrigerator in the room was annoying. I went downstairs to refill my water bottle.

lovely hotel and kind staff
close metro cleanliness quality good decor real quality
the location was very close to the metro stations, it helped my plans. the staff, decor, facilities, and cleanliness all felt good. i would come back again for sure. i felt the hotel had real quality.
The room was a little dark and also small, and the terrace felt tucked away. it was unlike any photos. our tub and sink were clogged. It was slow to drain.

The location provided convenient access to metro stations. The room offered a balcony with a beautiful view of a nearby park. I enjoyed the cleanliness and stylish decor throughout the hotel. Staff members were friendly to my needs .
The elevator was quite small. Only two people with luggage could fit comfortably.

the breakfast had a lovely range of options to choose from. it was nice watching the preparation for the next day.
the room i had was small. the bathroom was tiny with a shower that leaked all over the floor almost every time i used it. there was nowhere to sit other than on the bed.

fluffy towels convenient location good service rainy day umbrella
I found the hotel room quite pretty, and i especially loved the big fluffy towels and robes provided. the location is convenient, placing major sights within reasonable reach. A walk of about 20 minutes will get you to the river and the dining street offered many gelato options. service was good, and i was thankful that umbrellas were available on the rainy days.
the walls were very thin, so sleep was challenging. i could hear my neighbors talking, as well as their infant crying. multiple requests for help did not resolve these issues.

great location modern style early check-in friendly staff
I loved the great location. It was so close to gare du nord and several metro stations. the hotel felt fresh and modern upon entering. my room was ready even before check-in time. the breakfast offered a great collection of quality foods in a calm atmosphere. the staff members were very friendly.
