lovely hotel and kind staff

the location was very close to the metro stations, it helped my plans. the staff, decor, facilities, and cleanliness all felt good. i would come back again for sure. i felt the hotel had real quality.
The room was a little dark and also small, and the terrace felt tucked away. it was unlike any photos. our tub and sink were clogged. It was slow to drain.

the breakfast has a very limited choice, so that is one aspect. the staff washing pans near the buffet felt not hygienic. i think i would expect more for the price.

the breakfast had a lovely range of options to choose from. it was nice watching the preparation for the next day.
the room i had was small. the bathroom was tiny with a shower that leaked all over the floor almost every time i used it. there was nowhere to sit other than on the bed.

I found the hotel room quite pretty, and i especially loved the big fluffy towels and robes provided. the location is convenient, placing major sights within reasonable reach. A walk of about 20 minutes will get you to the river and the dining street offered many gelato options. service was good, and i was thankful that umbrellas were available on the rainy days.
the walls were very thin, so sleep was challenging. i could hear my neighbors talking, as well as their infant crying. multiple requests for help did not resolve these issues.

I loved the great location. It was so close to gare du nord and several metro stations. the hotel felt fresh and modern upon entering. my room was ready even before check-in time. the breakfast offered a great collection of quality foods in a calm atmosphere. the staff members were very friendly.
